海外育児に挑みつつ、在宅ワークでなんとか食いつないでいます。
英語はもちろんゼロからスタート。
「サンキュー」と「エクスキューズミー」だけで渡米したのに、今では娘に英語を訂正されるまでに成長しました。
在宅ワークは専業主婦から一念発起して挑戦。
コーダーやマーケターとしてフリーランス契約を結べるようになり、気づけば“お仕事はパジャマ姿で完結”が日常に。
そしてこのブログは、海外生活のリアル（＝失敗談の宝庫）をシェアしています。
例えば、アメリカで運転免許の実技試験にまさかの2回落ち。理由は…「ウィンカー出し忘れ」や「一時停止で止まりきれなかった」など、教習所の先生が聞いたら泣くレベルのミス。試験官に「You’re not ready yet」と真顔で言われたときは、心が折れかけました（笑）。
でも、そんな失敗談すらブログのネタにして、なんとかポジティブ変換中。
同じように海外生活や育児に奮闘している方が、「あ、私だけじゃないんだ」と少しでも気がラクになれば嬉しいです。

Balancing overseas parenting with remote work has become my daily survival game.
When I first came to the U.S., my English vocabulary was basically just “Thank you” and “Excuse me.”
Fast forward a few years, and now my daughter corrects my English… talk about role reversal!
I started out as a full-time housewife, then jumped into the world of remote work.
Now I work as a freelance coder and marketer—mostly in pajamas, because why not?
This blog is all about sharing the real side of life abroad—aka, a goldmine of failures.
For example, I actually failed the U.S. driving test twice. Yep, twice.
My mistakes? Forgetting the turn signal and not fully stopping at a stop sign. (Basically, the kind of errors that would make a Japanese driving instructor weep.) The examiner looked me dead in the eye and said, “You’re not ready yet.” Brutal, but fair.
But hey, even these fails turn into blog content.
